By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive SMS messages, you consent to these Terms and Conditions. These terms explain how we use SMS communication and your rights related to receiving text messages.
Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you authorize Alphacell Wound Care to send SMS messages to the number you provided.
No mobile opt-in, SMS consent, or phone numbers will be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes. All information collected through SMS communication is kept confidential and used solely to provide requested services or respond to direct inquiries. We maintain strict administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.

If you have consented to receive SMS messages from Alphacell Wound Care, you may receive messages related to your care, including but not limited to:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Scheduling updates and follow-ups
- Care coordination and treatment reminders

- Important health-related or administrative notifications
Note: SMS messages are not intended for emergency medical communications. For urgent care, please contact the clinic directly.
Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency depends on your interactions with Alphacell Wound Care and may range from 1–4 messages per week, or more during periods of active care, appointment coordination, or promotions.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. Alphacell Wound Care is not responsible for any charges billed by your mobile provider.
How to Opt Out
You may unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message (a final confirmation message will be sent)
- Contacting us directly at 424-600-8453 to request removal from the SMS list
- Leaving the SMS consent box unchecked on forms
After opting out, you may receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your request.

Reply HELP to any SMS message for assistance. You will receive information such as:
